Regulars · by Tugtopia

You already paid for these customers once.

Stop paying twice.

A limited time offer built for your business, with its own claim page and redemption tracking. You keep all the revenue, you get the contact details of everyone who buys, and the offer closes itself once it hits whatever number you set.

Book a 15-minute offer call I'm not going to pitch you on the call. Fifteen minutes, and you'll leave with an offer designed.
Most businesses have a list they never touch. Old customers, past quotes, people who came in twice and then stopped. Every one of them cost you money to get the first time, and reaching them again costs nothing but a reason to reach out. A Regulars offer is that reason.
How this differs from Groupon

Running a discount is easy. Keeping the customer afterward is where the money is.

Discount sites bring you a crowd, take a cut on the way in, and keep the customer list on their side of the wall. So when you want those people back in December, you pay for them again.

The math

The first visit is supposed to break even.

That's on purpose. The job of the offer is to get a customer through your door and their phone number into your records. You make your money on the second visit, and the fifth, and the one where they bring a friend.

Which is why we cap the buyers and collect the contacts. A one time rush is nice in the moment and does nothing for you in March.

What you get

What's in a Regulars deal

  • An offer designed with you, priced so it pulls without eating your margin, and built around something people actually come back for.
  • Its own claim page, where people enter their details and claim the offer.
  • Redemption tracking, so you can see who claimed it and who actually walked in.
  • The campaign that puts it in front of your own customer list, by email and text.
  • The names, emails and phone numbers of every buyer. Those are yours from then on.
Worth saying plainly: the people come from your own list first, because those are the cheapest customers you will ever sell to. If you want strangers as well, that means running ads, which costs extra. The numbers are below.
What it costs

Here's the pricing, before you spend fifteen minutes on a call.

You'd ask me anyway, and I'd rather you show up already knowing whether it fits your budget.

One offer
$497
per deal

Designed, built, and run once. Good for a slow season, a new service you're trying to get off the ground, or a test before you commit to anything longer.

Ongoing
$297
per month · 6-month minimum
  • Two offers a month, built and run for you
  • We go back to your dormant customers, the ones who quietly stopped coming
  • An offer in front of your list once or twice a month
  • Holiday deals, plus birthday and anniversary offers when we have the dates

Two offers a month at this price works out cheaper than one at $497, which is deliberate. A one-off makes you money once. This one compounds.

Reaching strangers
$500
per month, ad budget

Optional, and only worth it once the offer is proven on your own list. All of it goes to the ad platforms. None of it comes to me.

How it works

1

We design the offer

Fifteen minutes on the phone. I'll ask what you sell, what people come back for, and what number you can live with. Nothing goes live until you say so.

2

It goes out to your list

Your customers get it by email and text, pointed at a claim page built for the offer. People claim it, you get a notification, and it closes itself when it hits the cap you set.

3

You keep everything

All the revenue, plus a list of everyone who claimed it. Then we go to work on getting them back in for a second visit.

Fit

This is a bad fit for a lot of businesses

Works well

  • People buy from you more than once a year
  • A typical purchase runs somewhere around $20 to $300
  • You have a customer list, even a messy one, that you never market to
  • Restaurants, salons and barbers, gyms and studios, medspas, pet services, car care, cleaning, lawn care, tutoring

Don't bother

  • Big purchases people make once a decade. Roofing, real estate, HVAC replacement.
  • Discounting a $4,000 job doesn't win you a regular. It just costs you $4,000.
  • If that's your business, say so on the call. If you also run something people buy repeatedly, we'll build the offer around that instead.
Book a time

Fifteen minutes, and you'll leave with an offer

I'll show up with a rough draft already written, so we can spend the time talking about your business instead of filling in blanks. Pick a time below.
